What is Neurodiversity Coaching?

Neurodiversity means that there are naturally occurring differences in human neurocognition. It points to the fact that every human has a unique nervous system with a unique combination of abilities and needs. Most people have neurotypical brains. Neurodivergent brains have pronounced strengths and weaknesses.
Neurodiversity coaching is a personalised, strengths-based approach that supports individuals who think and process the world differently including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and other neurodiversities. Rather than trying to “fix” differences, neurodiversity coaching works with individuals to understand and helps people thrive in ways that suit their unique minds. Traditional systems are often not designed with neurodivergent people in mind. Neurodiversity coaching bridges that gap—offering support that is affirming, flexible, and deeply individualised.
Caroline has over 2.5 years’ experience and over 500 coaching hours supporting neurodivergent professionals in the workplace to unlock potential and work towards overcoming typical challenges related to focus, organisation, social interaction, sensory processing, or self-advocacy.
Coaching sessions focus on practical strategies tailored to your goals, whether that’s managing executive function challenges, building confidence, navigating work, or improving wellbeing. It’s a collaborative process: the coach provides structure and tools, while you lead the direction based on your needs and priorities.
Coaching offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to:
- Develop strategies that work with your brain, not against it
- Navigate meetings, emails, deadlines and multi-tasking with more ease
- Build advocacy skills and increase self-awareness
- Manage overwhelm and prevent burnout
Whether you are a senior executive, creative professional, engineer or just starting your career, neurodiversity coaching can help you align your role with how you work best.
