As a Learning and Leadership Development Consultant, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified Hogan practitioner, I work with clients as a thinking partner. I help individuals and organisations think systemically to clarify, validate and align what they need to achieve with the wider needs of the business.

I draw on my coaching expertise to listen deeply, ask incisive questions and, when helpful, challenge perspectives. Where appropriate, I integrate Hogan assessments into my work to provide a robust, evidence-based lens on behaviour, strengths and potential derailers. Used alongside professional coaching, Hogan creates powerful, objective data that enables high-quality conversations—supporting greater self-awareness, insight and sustainable behaviour change.

My objective is to fully understand your context and needs so that, together, we can get to the root of an issue—diagnosing before prescribing—and focus on what will create the greatest impact.

I collaborate closely with clients to design and deliver bespoke professional development that drives behavioural change and unlocks people’s true potential. This may include a tailored coaching programme, a targeted intervention for high-performing individuals, or a fully integrated leadership development programme aligned to organisational objectives and company culture.

I use a range of tools and approaches and am a strong advocate of blended learning, combining face-to-face experiences with online content and interactive live training to maximise engagement and impact.
